Returns & Refunds Policy
At NESTLE COFFEE SHOP, we strive for complete satisfaction with every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all returned merchandise remains in its original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect coffee products.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 3.Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unopened items in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- 4.Get Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
